Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle is successfully purchased.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after a successful auction purchase or supplier confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The vehicle cannot be supplied
• A major undisclosed issue is confirmed before shipment (case-by-case basis)

Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Fees

• Bank transfer fees and currency conversion losses are non-refundable.
