Vehicle Purchase Policy

By purchasing through Import Revolution Japan, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–7 days after purchase).
• Vehicles remain the property of Import Revolution Japan until paid in full.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Auction Purchases

• All auction vehicles are sold “as-is.”
• We rely on auction inspection reports but do not guarantee accuracy.
• Minor scratches, wear, or undisclosed issues may be present.

Inspections

• Additional inspections can be arranged upon request at extra cost.
• We strongly recommend inspections for high-value purchases.

Pricing

• Final pricing includes vehicle cost, auction fees, our service fee, and inland transport unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping, duties, and destination charges are separate unless specified.

Export Process

• Vehicles are shipped after full payment is received.
• Export documentation will be provided after shipment.

Delays

• Shipping schedules may change due to port congestion, weather, or logistics

issues beyond our control.

No Warranty

• All vehicles are sold without warranty unless explicitly stated.

Responsibility After Shipment

• Risk transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is shipped.

Compliance

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets import regulations in their country.
